When does the 30-Days Start?
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is only valid from 30-Days of the date of purchase.
How do I claim the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee?
Simply email one of our support staff here, or lodge a warranty claim to return your device. We'll then replace or refund your device. We don't refund postage costs.
Who covers shipping?
For any replacement or refund requests that fall under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee the buyer must cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.
Terms & Conditions
To ensure you are eligible for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- All devices must be returned within 30-Days of purchase to be eligible.
- The buyer must cover the cost of return postage.
- Any returned devices must be unlocked – no pin code and no Google/iCloud lock on the device.
- All devices must be returned within 7-Days of the return request.
- All devices must be returned in the same condition in which you receive it. If a device is returned damaged, we cannot replace or refund your device.
- We strongly recommend sending the device via Express Post with tracking. We cannot replace or refund a device that is lost in transit.
- The device has not been dropped, liquid damaged or exposed to any conditions that would deem the device unusable.
- The device must not have been repaired, modified or altered in any way by any Third party repairer or software.
