Delivery & Shipping Information

Where is my order?

You should receive an Online Order Confirmation email within 15 minutes of placing your order.
If you did not receive your Online Order Confirmation email, please:

  1. Confirm that you have placed your order with your correct email address;
  2. Check your Spam/Junk folders;
  3. If you still require assistance, please contact us by clicking here and sending us a message. We'll look into this for you and email you with an update.

How long does delivery take? 

Standard delivery orders take 2-3 business days to be processed before dispatch. Express delivery will be dispatched within 24 business hours. 

Delivery is usually next business day for major capital cities but do require an extra 1-2 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to you via email upon order dispatch.  

Can I change my order details after I purchase?

We work hard to process your order quickly so that you receive it as soon as possible. If you require to make a change you can contact the store fulfilling your order to discuss the options available to you. Contact details are located on your confirmation email.


Please note: some changes may not be possible once the order has been placed and the order may need to be cancelled. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up until it has been dispatched. We cannot cancel orders that have left our warehouse. 

How do I track my order? 

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Please find the tracking number in the email that was sent to you when your order has been despatched. 

My parcel says delivered - but I can't find it

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, most couriers no longer require signatures upon delivery. Should you be unable to receive the device, it will be left in a safe place. The courier will capture a photograph of where they have left the device. 

In the instance there is no safe place to leave the device, the courier will take it to the closest post office. Please track your device using the tracking link in the email that was sent to you when the device was dispatched. 

My parcel was lost – what do I do?

If you believe your parcel was lost in transit, please contact us to raise a shipment support ticket.
