How do I purchase a device? 

To purchase a device, simply navigate to the device you'd like and click "add to cart." Follow the prompts to enter your information and choose your payment method. 

Can I pickup the device from a store? 

Due to COVID-19 we have closed our retail store. If you're in a rush we recommend purchasing express shipping for $15. 

What payment options do you have? 

We currently offer Apple Pay, all major credit cards and PayPal. We do not accept direct transfer. 

Can I buy now, pay later? 

We are working on integrating with PayPal Credit and Klarna very soon.

Can I use my credit card? 

Yes! You can. 

My credit card isn't working

We use a secure 3D Secure payment verification method at checkout. This is an automatic algorithm that takes into account your location, IP address and much more. If your payment fails, try using a different payment method. 

My payment failed – and I've been charged? 

Sometimes a payment method may fail to verify. If this occurs and you've been charged, our system will automatically refund you within 3-business days.

How long do refunds take to process? 

Once the device has been returned to us, we require 3-business days to process the refund. Each payment method varies, however it should take no longer than 5-business days. 

Who is "Cellect Mobile" on my bank statement?

We are the world's largest reseller of refurbished devices. If this has appeared on your bank statement you have purchased a device from us.  

Can I request a tax invoice? 

Yes – contact us to request a tax invoice to be sent to you.
